Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

  • Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the product issue are required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We will gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
